Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with a mandatory unedited unboxing video. Products must be unused and returned in original packaging. Orders are non-cancellable, and issues such as size concerns, minor variations, customer-caused damage, or delivery failures due to incorrect details are not eligible for exchange.
