When will my order be shipped?
Our team strives to process and dispatch all confirmed orders from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days from the time the order is placed.
When will my order be delivered?
Standard Delivery Time: Once your order has left our warehouse, the typical shipping period is 3 to 7 working days.
Extended Zones: Please note that deliveries to remote locations, military installations (APO/FPO), rural addresses, and the North East region may require an additional 2 or more days for final delivery.
We partner with all of India's top logistics providers to ensure prompt and reliable delivery. You can track your order's progress anytime using the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Important Conditions for Delivery
1. Address Errors and Re-Delivery
If a delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery or the shipping address provided is invalid/incomplete, the courier will return the package to our warehouse.
The order will only be resent after confirmation via email or WhatsApp from our team.
Re-shipping charges will be applied separately and must be paid by the customer before the second delivery attempt is initiated.
2. Failed COD Orders (Strict Policy)
If a COD order is refused or not accepted at the time of delivery for any reason (other than an officially approved exchange), the following applies:
The customer will be held liable for the courier charges incurred both ways, with a minimum fee of ₹250/-.
This payment covers the logistics and administrative costs associated with the failed delivery.
We reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal action against buyers who refuse delivery and fail to remit this recovery charge, in order to prevent online purchasing fraud. We appreciate your understanding of the effort, cost, and manpower invested in preparing and shipping every order.
